Seeking a full-time remote ServiceNow Developer, the successful candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements and integrations across the ServiceNow platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective solutions. Key responsibilities: Perform hands-on configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on various modules such as Incident Management and Change Management Design and maintain integrations using ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric and REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring optimal performance and compliance Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to end-users on ServiceNow functionality and best practices Required qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer, particularly with ITSM, ITOM, and HAM modules ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting, and integration development Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes and best practices; ITIL v4 certification is a plus Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions
